Our priority at all times is the safety and wellbeing of our residents and staff, and we are strictly observing all relevant Government and Public Health advice on hygiene, use of PPE and applicable social distancing rules.
To support the NHS, and provide high quality care to those in need, we are pleased to be taking admissions into our care homes. Please contact us for details about our admissions process if you have an enquiry. We want to assure you that when admitting new residents we have clear protocols in place for the safety of all our residents and staff.
Following government advice we are delighted that we are now able to admit visitors to our homes but at a reduced number and by appointment only. All visitors are required to observe strict infection control procedures and will be guided through these by a member of staff when they arrive. Please contact the home manager if you would like to book a visit.
Residents continue to maintain regular communication with their loved ones via phone and Skype and we are doing our very best to minimise the impact of the pandemic without compromising anyone’s safety. Please do keep in contact as often as you wish, using these or other approved methods.
Our amazing activities teams have risen to the challenge of providing a revised and entertaining programme of activities in-house and – together with our wonderfully dedicated care teams – they are keeping our residents engaged and active in the way best suited to each individual.
We understand how difficult the current situation is for the families and friends of the residents we support, and indeed for our incredible staff teams, and we thank you for your understanding at this very challenging time.
Any queries or concerns should be addressed to your usual Camelot Care contact who will be happy to do whatever they can to help.
